No water, we guarantee it.
FOR 30 YEARS!

Cellar water intrusion. Here we ran across a cellar with an interior french drain system that was functioning fine, but the sump pump had failed mid storm. We replaced the hardware store bought sump pump with a high quality (Zoeller brand) battery backup sump pump for the same price other companies were estimating a 110v pump!

Here we installed a channel drain and pump system to pump away all water headed towards this walkout nursery. The homeowner used to have about 4" of standing water as water would go through the door weather stripping! We installed a system capable of handling 2" solids such as mulch, small twigs, and thick mud.

This particular homeowner had a not so common foundation called "Superior Walls," which is a precast foundation system. No other company in the area had experience with this gravel footer and precast walls foundation. We stepped in and properly addressed the hydrostatic pressure issue.

Foundations are commonly built before plumbing is roughed in. This creates a problem with pipes needing to penetrate the foundation. What do plumbers do? They hammer a hole and run their lines and attempt to seal with silicon caulk. The issue with caulk is it shrinks over time and does not provide a permanent seal. We remove all caulk and properly waterproof these penetrations with a 15 year warranty.

This cold joint seal was a non warranty job as it was not our preferred method, but the clients preferred method. We performed this seal in a commercial freezer at -30F. Atlantas Best Waterproofing was the only company that had experience with sub zero curing point sealants this client called and our seal did prove to be a success the next rain!

very common waterproofing da

Crawlspace
Having water in crawlspaces is very common. Unfortunately waterproofing was not always code and is still, in many counties, is not required. Even when other companies install their system, we often get calls for water and moisture issues. We end up having to go in and rip out their poorly rated products and install our quality products.
Basement
Hydrostatic pressure is a high concern with basements in our clay soils. Most waterproofing products aren’t tested to ASTM standards. Our products are rated up to 12ft of hydrostatic pressure, most competitors don't even disclose their ratings (they have nothing to brag about!)
Slab
Slabs foundations, especially those without gravel base are susceptible to high levels of hydrostatic pressure. Even small cracks are enough to cause a pressure relieve and water ends up going up into the house. We have many systems we can implement to solve slab issues including permanent crack repairs.
Visible Water Intrusion
Water intrusion is easy when you can see the entry point. Sometimes even with visible entry, repairs sometimes are complicated. Here we repaired a pool companies cheap skate way of installing pavers. They simple built up dirt, without waterproofing the foundation. We removed the pavers, replaced rotted wood, waterproofed from the footer to grade level, and reinstalled pavers. Visible outside everything looked the same, but now the standing water, moisture, humidity, and mold is not an issue this homeowner worries about!
Invisible Water Intrusion
Water intrusion comes in many ways, and we have the experience and technology to track down the pinpointed location. Most of the time we can visually inspect and recommend a solution. Other times we deal with very complicated leaks, and we have to resort to technology such as moisture meters and thermal imaging. At Atlantas Best Waterproofing, we have the experience and know how you need to solve your problem once and for all!
