We guarantee all our work!
Passive drainage
Passive drainage consist of using gravity to drain water. We don’t have to have slope above ground, we can create properly sloped trenches underground for our pipes! This is offered for french drains, gutters, catch basins, channel drains, retaining walls, and many other water collection systems.
Active drainage
When gravity isn’t on our side, we resort to active drainage solutions. We have pumps that run on 110v, 220v, and even on city water and battery backup pumps! There’s no limit on how much water we can move! This is offered for french drains, gutters, catch basins, channel drains, retaining walls, and many other water collection systems.
Grading
We offer exterior grading as well as crawl prep and slab prep service. Crawl prep is when we grade the inside of crawlspaces before framing to create slope. Slab prep is when we grade in preparation for concrete slabs, including basements.
Big water, big responsibility
When these 3 neighbors called us, they had spoken to 8 other companies, none of which where capable of offering a system guaranteed to keep their million+ dollar homes from flooding. We stepped in, evaluated the water sources, made our flow calculations, sized everything accordingly, planned for power redundancy as they experience outages often, installed the system, and watched it all work as planned. We left the job, and have not returned as everything has worked exactly as planned. This job was performed in early 2020.
HOA? No problem.
We pride ourselves in having the cleanest and most reliable installs! This homeowner was worried about not being able cut the concrete, but also didn’t want to discharge his gutter water on the sidewalk. We told him, don’t worry, we’ll do our thing, you wont even know we were here. We tunneled under this 4ft wide sidewalk without any problem and discharged directly into storm drain. HOA is happy theres no different concrete sidewalk, and more importantly, the homeowners crawlspace isn’t getting flooded anymore!

Engineered drainage for high end customer consisting of 2'x2' storm box and 10" double wall drainage pipe.

Underground sump pump in 18" catch basin. This pump setup is rated for over 200 gallons per minute and has multiple gutters and additional catch basins connected.
Simple backyard french drain set up to alleviate soggy backyard. We sodded the yard and placed dirt over tarps before installing french drain. We then placed the sodded yard back over french drain and you could barely tell we were there at the end of the day!

Here is an example of a yard we sodded, dug out over tarps for for a PVC pipe install, backfilled, and replaced sod. In 2 weeks you can barely see the lines anymore!
18" catch basin with anti tamper screws for child safety and high water input capacity. We custom make our 18" basins onsite to whatever depth we need. We always leave 6" below the bottom of the discharge pipe for debris collection. Here we used a 6" double wall pipe for gravity discharge.

Here we installed a channel drain at an apartment complex to effectively remove standing water against the new pool pavers they installed that where left 1" higher than concrete and brick, preventing the water from shedding! This was all discharged to a sump pump 50 ft away to maintain the system out of the way.

Custom 6ft depth 18" wide sump pump / catch / reverse dry well basin set up. This setup was used to drain water from a channel drain system, dry up the ground in this building "nook" and also collect ground water. We used a cast iron sump pump that is 110v and capable of pumping over 150 gallons per minute and uses no moving float switch. This pump is capable of passing 2" solids with no damage!

This is a metal lid with atrium grate inlets, battery backup pumps (rated for ~400 gallons per minute,) and extra filters due to excess neighbor runoff mulch and debris that used to flood the basement nursery every rain! After our system, no more problems even when power goes out!

Here we installed 2 of our large external sump pumps to handle over 400 gallons per minute. Every time it rained our client used to have his driveway and garage flood. but after our work was done, he's had no more problems!

Here we created a swale that the city was "working on getting to it." Needless to say, our client was tired of waiting and having to deal with all the road runoff washing all the way to his front door! 1 call to us and 2 weeks later we have a very happy homeowner.
